🍓Strawberry Collagen Protein Smoothie🍓
This smoothie is loosely inspired by Hailey Bieber’s Strawberry Glaze Skin Smoothie. It’s a creamy, not-too-sweet, strawberry shake that’s packed with collagen protein— about 26g per serving!

If you’re pregnant, it’s especially important to get enough protein; you need more than 80g daily! Collagen protein supports healthy blood sugar, joints, glowing skin, and hair, among other benefits!

I use Needed Prenatal Collagen Protein because it’s grass-fed, ethically and sustainably sourced, and Clean Label Project certified.

Ingredients (makes 2 servings):
3 scoops Needed Prenatal Collagen Protein Powder
1/2 cup organic almond milk
1/4 cup organic coconut milk
1 TBSP pure organic maple syrup
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 TBSP organic raw unsalted almond butter (the only ingredient should be almonds!)
1/2 organic ripe banana (unripe bananas have more starch)
1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt
1 cup frozen organic strawberries
